20 lb wall ball shots to a 10' target x 30, ladies can use a 14 lb med ball +
kb snatches each arm with a 24 kg kb, girls use 12 or 16 kb x 15 each arm +
20 lb d-ball slams x 30, ladies can use a 16 lb d-ball +
run 400 mtrs in a loop fashion where there is a 9' wall that has to be negotiated to get back to the starting position.
5 rounds for time.
