tabata squats:
20 sec on, 10 sec off x 8 rounds.
note: hips have to below the knees for the squat to count. count reps for all 8 rounds.

tabata ball slams: use 20 lb d-ball.
20 sec on, 10 sec off x 8 rounds.
note: count total reps for each round and add up 8 round score.
