100 kb snatches using 16 kg, 20kg or 24 kg kb +
run 400 mtrs + climb wall.

100 kb swings using same kb's +
run 400 mtrs + climb wall.

100 kb squat pulls using same kb's +
run 400 mtrs + climb wall.
