Coach B:

Want to know your thoughts on what grip to use for barbell RDL? Would the hook grip work for this exercises since its the strongest grip you can get, plus it seems like it keeps the bar close on the way up. Or would a regular overhand grip work better? I guess you could use straps for both, just want to know for max. hamstring and lower back/abs activation.

hey jason.....i rarely use this website....its just better to contact me at: mikeburgener@mac.com or go to www.crossfitweightlifting.com and then to the weightlifting workout which i write. i keep this website going because there is outstanding info and articles here. i would ALWAYS USE straps jason....do not wreck your hands and or thumbs on multiple reps in the pulls. hope this helps....coach b
