Been following Crossfit workouts from you guys and am thinking about jumping in a Olympic lifting meet which is in 6 weeks from this Saturday......what would you suggest as far as changing my workouts up?

6 wks out? i would only do oly lifting until after the meet. josh everett use to do this all the time and did well n the meets then came back with xfit and did well.
