How would i implement one of your programs with crossfit, or is it possible? I love olympic lifting and want to get better but i also love crossfit to stay in shape for basketball. Any ideas?

EVERY DAY.....u must do the burgener warm up and the skill transfer exercises for the snatch. 1 wk 1 do 2 wk 1 do snatch work. day 3, do met con, day 4 5 do cj 6 met 7 rest. then wk 2 reverse it.
