Coach, could you assess this lift please?

All in all, the lift looks really solid. If I had to be picky with you, I'd say to jump your feet for not only speed, but also STABILITY! You need to jump your feet out to a squat/landing position so that you are stabile in the bottom position, which you also need to get down to each snatch you do (unless noted as power snatch in the programming).
