I always end on my toes and I'm not sure if it is mobility or technique. I work mobility everyday and see now changes. Please critique and help me! Thanks!

I don't think it is mobility but simply footwork technique. Everything looks solid but you need to JUMP your feel out to a stable landing position and land flat footed. Footwork drills such as snatch balance, snatch lands and snatch drops will help this. In the future, please send all questions though our new website: www.crossfitweightlifting.com
