Hi mike,
my question is if my overhead squat max is 205, if i have good form and technique should my squat snatch be 205 or 195? my squat snatch max is 165. can i not get passed that due to form?

sorry....the mikes gym website is active but i rarely go there.....try going to www.crossfitweightlifting.com that is where i hang out now. the 205 ohs has nothing to do with what you snatch....it says that you have strength in the bottom position.....but the real test is what i can do for speed....like the snatch balance with no dip and then with ta dip when the weight gets too heavy.....i would for sure keep ohs in your workout for the sake of core development....but i would add snatch balances in the mix as well. when the snatch balance goes up...so does your snatch......
