drom==dynamic range of motion warm up
1. front sqt: work up to a heavy single in no more than 5-6 reps max.
rest 10 min
2. snatch: work up to 60%x2, 70%x1, 75%x1, 80%x1, 85%x1, if easy go to 88%-90%x1.

3. rack jerks bnk: work up to a heavy single in no more than 5-6 reps
rest 10 min
4. back sqt: work up to a heavy single.
