1. front sqt: work up to 80%x2x5
2. cln deadlift +shrug on last rep. 90%x3+1 on last rep (shrug), 95%x3+1, 100%x3+1
3. push press: 5 x 5 heavy. (after each set of pp do a set of 10 chins)
4. box jumps: 5+5. (after each set of box jumps do 20 sit ups, 15 push ups)
5. stretch and cool down.
