1. muscle snatch+ohs: work up to heavy single.

2. cj : (70%x1, 75%x1, 80%x1, 75%x1, 80%x1, 85%x1, 80%x1, 85%x1, 90%x1)

3. stiff leg deadlift: 4 sets x 5 reps. med heavy, you select the weight.

4. turkish get ups x 5 each side x 3 sets.

5. abs
