we are going to a meet november 5th in san diego. this next 2 wks will be a peaking cycle. make sure you get yourself readu for a meet max saturday nov 5th.

Monday: drom warm up
1. snatch: work up to 90% as in a meet. back off to 85% x 1 x 2, 80% x 1 x 2
rest 10 min
2. front sqt: work up to a heavy single, -10 kg x 1, -20 kg x 2-3 x 2
3. glute ham back ext: 3 x 10
4. evil wheel x 10 x 3
stretch, pool, cool shower.
