2. FRONT SQT: TAKE OFF BEST CLEAN: 75%X3, 80%X3, 85%X3, 90%X3X2
3. SNATCH PUSH PRESS: 3 X 5 YOU SELECT THE WEIGHT, BUT MAKE THE 3RD SET HEAVY. CONCENTRATE ON PUTTING SHOULDER IN EAR.
4. STIff LEG DEADLIFTS: TAKE % OFF BEST CLEAN. 60%X5, 65%X5, 70%X5. AFTER 1ST REP BAR DOES NOT TOUCH GROUND.
