CROSSFITTERS

Warm Up: Run 800m, 50x Ball Slam, Run 400m,

Strength: Work up to 1RM Snatch, then back it down to 80% and do a double on the minute for 10 minutes.

W.O.D.: 10-8-6-4-2-4-6-8-10 reps of the following...Thruster (60kg/50kg), toes 2 bar.

Durability: Stretch, Myofascial release, ice bath, tequila.
