junk yard dog + burgener warm up daily!

1. barski clean: 60%x3, 65%x3,, 70%x3, all 3 reps from mid thigh without putting bar down.

2. cln pulls: 90%x3 (maintain proper position and stay back.)

3. rack jerks bnk: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1

4. good mornings: 5x 3 stay back. light to medium load.

5. sit ups: 100 weighted sit ups.
