1. power snatch: work up to 60% x 3, 65%x3, 70%x3 x 3

2. sn pp + ohs: 1+3 x 4 sets, you control the wt. go as heavy as you can with control

3. power clean + pp: the push press will limit you. i want 3 pc + 1 pp x 4 sets

4. back sqts: work up to 80%x2 x 4 sets

5. back ext x 10 x 3

6. elbow to knees: ab work. x 15 x 3 sets
