1) Front squat - Work up to a 1 RM
2) Clean and jerk - Work up to a max for the day, then back it down to 90% and perform 3 singles.

Work Capacity: Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Run 400m
30 KB swing (32kg/24kg)
15x overhead squat (95#/65#)

Core: 100x sledgehammer strikes for time
