Strength:
1) Clean and Jerk - Work up to a heavy single and perform 5 singles at that weight
2) Bench press - Work up to a 3 RM.

Work Capacity:
1) "Dobogai" Complete 7 rounds for time of:
-8x muscle ups
-22yd famers carry (50#DB)
