saturday:

1. snatch: lift to a heavy single, then reduce wt to 90% of single and do 1 rep x 2 sets, then 85% of that heavy single and do 1 reps x 3 sets.

2. cln and jerk: lift to a heavy single, then reduce wt to 90% of single and do 1 rep x 2 sets, then 85% of that heavy single and do 1 reps x 3 sets.
