1. snatch: work up to 80%x3x2, 85%x 3, 3, 2.

2. 2 cln pulls + 2 cleans: 75%x4, 4. 80%x4, 4, 4

3. back squat: 80%x5x5

4. box jumps: 15 total

5. chins or pull ups: 20 total

Strength:
1) Back squat - Work up to a 3 RM
2) Shoulder to overhead - Work up to a max for the day. Play around with techniques here....I recommend a behind the neck split jerk.

Work Capacity:
1) Complete 3 rounds for time of:
Run 800m
20x burpees with a 6" touch
10x clean (225#/155#)
