TUESDAY:

ACTIVE REST AND RECOVERY!!

CrossFitters
Strength:
1) 2 position clean (1x floor + 1x mid-thigh) - 10 sets x 2 reps x every 90 seconds. Work up to a max for the day.
2) Push press - Warm up, then 75%x5, 85%x3, 95%x1+ reps.

Work Capacity:
1) Complete the following for time:
Row 2k
30x Handstand push up
60x KB swing (53#/35#)

Conditioning:
1) 8 rounds Every 2 minutes, perform:
1x 200m sprint
