Strength:
1) 10 minutes of skill work: triple unders, HSPU, handstand walk, bar muscle up, etc.
1) Bench press - 70%x 3 reps, 80%x 3 reps, 90%x 3+ reps.
2) 70x toes to bar for time

WOD: Complete 3 rounds for time of:
60x double unders
30x wallball (20#/14#)
15x power snatch (115#/85#)

Durability: Myofascial release, ice bath or swim session
