i will post workouts while i can. today being saturday and since i have not posted in a while we will vary the workout a tad from a normal saturday workout.
front sqt: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1...working up to a max single. get there in a hurry. max atita from ennis, mt. , steve gough's lifter does somthing like this: 70 x 3, 120x1, 170x1, 190x1, 210x1, 220x1, 230x1!! then he goes to the snatch and works the same way!!
rest 20-30 min
snatch: work up to a max lift. then back off 10 kg and do a single, another 10 kg and another single.
rest 20-30 min
clean and jerk: work up to a max lift for the day and leave it there.
i will try to post workouts as i am here in colo springs...its 0548 and this is the only time i can get on the computer. be patient and enjoy the workout!!
