Strength:
1: Deadlift - Warm up, then you have 3 attempts to accumulate as much weight as possible in the 3 attempts. Add your 3 weights together for your score.
2: Shoulder to overhead - Warm up, then you have 3 attempts to accumulate as much weight as possible in the 3 attempts. Add your 3 weights together for your score.
3: Weighted pull up - Warm up, then you have 3 attempts to accumulate as much weight as possible in the 3 attempts. Add your 3 weights together for your score.
WOD: In teams of 2, complete as many reps as possible in 25 minutes of:
-50x wallball (20#/14#)
-40x KB swing (70#/53#)
-30x toes to bar
-400m run (200m each)
*Only 1 athlete works at a time.
Core: 3x 12 reverse hyper (AHAP)
