monday: great day to start a new workout!!

1. back sqt: work up to a heavy single.

rest 10 minutes

2. snatch: work up to (75%x3, 80%x2, 85%x1)3 these complexes will condition you for a meet. try not to take more than 90-120 sec rest between sets and waves.

rest 10 minutes

3. clean and jerk: work up to a heavy single.

4. chins: 25 total

5. glute ham back extensions: 3 x 10

6. evil wheel: 3 x 12 touching noes to ground each rep!!!
