Hi Mike,

Just found website, thanks for such an open resource.

Could you explain what you mean by "wave", I'd like to have a good at you WOD today?

A wave means that you will hit 1 rep at each of those percentages 3 times through. So, perform 82% for 1 rep, 87% for 1 rep, and 92% for 1 rep, then back it down to 82% and perform the same cycle 2 more times.
