what is the weight for the good mornings? and also I am new to the site and was wondering whether or not crossfitters are supposed to everything or only what is labeled for crossfitters.

For the good mornings, start light and increase the weight each round. We are more concerned with your technique (Staying back and feeling a stretch in your hamstrings) than the weight. CrossFitters are supposed to just do the workout labeled for CrossFitters....trust me it is plenty.
