Hi Coach,
Let me first say THANK YOU so much for providing this programming for free. I have recently really gotten serious about olympic lifting and I live by your programming. I love it.
Second, in looking ahead at this mondays workout, 96%x1x5, does this include attempts (within reason of course). I am unsure whether I truly own 230#s and will be able to hit it 5 times.
